Walaa is a strong believer that with the yoga asana practice which acts as a purification of the body, mind and soul step by step we get closer to get to know ourselves with a stronger, cleaner body and mind we learn to lead better lives. And she believes that we will always remain as a yoga student for a lifetime journey.



Benedicte is a 500 Hr certified Yoga Teacher. Her classes incorporates asana, pranayama, meditation, mantras, bandhas and mudras. The practice is directed toward awakening us to the what we refer to as the true “promise of yoga”: to live free and empowered, to experience the bountiful treasures of life, and the realization of purpose and success. At the center of the approach she teaches lies a unique system of breathing that stimulates the vital energies of the body, providing strength, conditioning and balance to the mind and the body’s systems.



Kate is a fully certified yoga teacher with more than 6 years teaching experience. She is truly passionate about what she does and likes challenging her students during the classes while giving them practical tools, realistic expectations, and achievable goals.



Ioana is a yoga alliance certified teacher with over 900 teaching hours in different yoga styles, pranayama and meditation. She has been consistently practising and sharing her passion for yoga and holistic health for years with an emphasis on knowledge, presence and being of service.



Müge is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher. She believes that yoga helps us to concentrate, focus and find inner balance. She supports her students during asana practices to reach to body and mind connection.



Fran started her yoga journey with the challenging Ashtanga Yoga and later on got inclined with Flow Yoga during her first Yoga Teacher Training in 2010. To expand her yoga practice and teaching, she completed a Yoga Swing Teacher Training in June 2011. For over seven years, she has been finding happiness in helping students understand and explore what their bodies can do through Flow Yoga, Power Yoga, and Swing Yoga. Formulating a fun and rewarding sequences is her goal in each of her classes.


Yoga Anna

Anna Ambart is a Certified and Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. She is a member of REPs UAE (The Register of Exercise Professionals). Anna is CPR/AED and Standard First Aid certified.
Anna’s fitness journey started when she was 8 years old. Throughout the years, she developed a deeper interest in yoga. As the result, she tried different yoga styles and took various yoga classes around the world, attending yoga studios and schools in the United States of America, Europe and Middle East.
Anna’s teaching style is versatile – she teaches Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa (Flow) Yoga, Power (Fitness) Yoga, focusing on student’s’ fitness and yoga levels and respecting body’s abilities and limitations. Her classes combine: alignment with a creative sequencing of postures, body strength and resistance training, mobility and flexibility, and connecting breath to each movement, bringing attention to the body’s constant processing of sensory information.
Anna is a world citizen who has lived in 8 countries on 4 continents and who believes the earth is but one country and mankind its citizens. When Anna is not sweating in the yoga studio with all of you, she is probably jogging or training and lifting weights at the gym, reading anatomy and philosophy books, drinking coconut latte, cuddling with her cat, or traveling the world.
