Walaa is a strong believer that with the yoga asana practice which acts as a purification of the body, mind and soul step by step we get closer to get to know ourselves with a stronger, cleaner body and mind we learn to lead better lives. And she believes that we will always remain as a yoga student for a lifetime journey.
Benedicte is a 500 Hr certified Yoga Teacher. Her classes incorporates asana, pranayama, meditation, mantras, bandhas and mudras. The practice is directed toward awakening us to the what we refer to as the true “promise of yoga”: to live free and empowered, to experience the bountiful treasures of life, and the realization of purpose and success. At the center of the approach she teaches lies a unique system of breathing that stimulates the vital energies of the body, providing strength, conditioning and balance to the mind and the body’s systems.
Kate is a fully certified yoga teacher with more than 6 years teaching experience. She is truly passionate about what she does and likes challenging her students during the classes while giving them practical tools, realistic expectations, and achievable goals.
Ioana is a yoga alliance certified teacher with over 900 teaching hours in different yoga styles, pranayama and meditation. She has been consistently practising and sharing her passion for yoga and holistic health for years with an emphasis on knowledge, presence and being of service.
Müge is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher. She believes that yoga helps us to concentrate, focus and find inner balance. She supports her students during asana practices to reach to body and mind connection.
